What we collect

Your email address and preferred language when you sign up for the free template or newsletter. When you buy, Stripe (our Merchant of Record) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details as Merchant of Record; we receive your name, email and order details, never your full card number.

Why

To send you the template and the emails you signed up for, deliver what you bought, provide support and comply with tax law. Legal basis: your consent (newsletter) and the performance of a contract (purchases).

Who processes it

MailerLite (email list), Stripe (payments, see their privacy policy) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We never sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Unsubscribe in one click from any email. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@formulyo.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice in your browser.
