1. What we sell

Formulyo sells digital products for Excel and Google Sheets: downloadable templates, short video courses and an optional monthly subscription. All products are delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Who processes your payment

Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe handles payment, invoicing and sales tax/VAT in your country. Your receipt shows who charged you.

3. Pre-orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders at a reduced early-bird price. The expected delivery date is shown on the product page. If a pre-ordered product is not delivered, you receive a full refund.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Licence

When you buy a template you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own work or business, including commercial use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or courses, in original or modified form.

6. No guarantee of results

Templates, formulas and lessons are provided for educational and productivity purposes. Check important figures yourself; we are not liable for decisions made with them, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
