If a template pack or course is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No questions asked.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are refunded in full at any time before delivery, and automatically if the product is not delivered.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and ask for it, we refund that first month.

How

Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@formulyo.com with your order number. Refunds are issued by Stripe, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
